I am a pediatrician, and for more than 40 years, have worked to improve the lives of kids. In 2018, I founded Leading for Kids - an organization with the mission of creating a culture where we prioritize the health and wellbeing of kids in all of our decisions. One of the decisions that I have the privilege to make is which charitable causes I support, and with this pledge I hope to inspire others to do what I am doing through this pledge - to focus my giving on organizations that work to improve the lives of the next generation!
